about
I first heard the Sub Society song, "Happy Meal" on the "I Hear The College Puke" cassette compilation. I instantly loved it and wondered why it was not included on the "No Legs To Stand On" cassette. I sang along in my car to the wrong words for years; until I asked for the words to record a version for a cover song contest Sub Society put on. I initially planned on doing all of the instruments myself, but had trouble with the drums. So, Danny Munts came to the rescue and we banged this out in a few weeks. I've always wanted to cover Sub Society's song, "Drive Drunk" ( I still may one day). You can hear a little teaser of it at the end of this recording. Hope you enjoy it. I had a lot of fun (and frustration) recording it. Cheers! - UL
